Note on the Indexes

In this index the reference number for the parallel refers to the Pàëi verse number. For example to find the 1st word in this index Patna: aüÿaü, 165 go to Pàëi verse 165, and check the Patna parallel.

Only words identified as being in a parallel line have been indexed here, therefore words in lines printed in square brackets have not been included. The parallels to the Uraga Verses have had to be omitted here.

The index presented here has nearly 10,000 entries and there are more than 15,000 hyperlinks back to the main documents. Because the index is so large in this case it has been split into 35 parts, but even so some of the documents are quite large and may take a short while to download depending on the speed of your connection.

The indexes are primitive and unparsed as the work involved in parsing all the entries, in 4 different languages, is more effort than it is worth when it is always possible to use search facilities once the files have been downloaded anyway.
