7. Tirokuḍḍasuttaṁ Se: Tirokuḍḍakaṇḍaṁ. It also quotes Dhp 290 in brackets at the beginning of the sutta, (but without cross-reference): mattāsukhapariccāgā, passe ce vipulāṁ sukhaṁ, caje mattāsukhaṁ dhīro, sampassaṁ vipulāṁ sukhaṁ.01

tirokuḍḍesu tiṭṭhanti, ~ sandhisiṅghāṭakesu ca,

“idaṁ vo ñātinaṁ Be: ñātīnaṁ, as in 3a above, but read i with the other editions to give the pathyā cadence.03 hotu, ~ sukhitā hontu ñātayo!”

Ce divides the following 3 verses differently, therefore vs 8 = vs 7 in that edition, and so from there on.04 pahute Ce, Ee, Be: pahūte.05 annapānamhi, ~ sakkaccaṁ anumodare:

balañ-ca bhikkhūnam-anuppadinnaṁ,
