There seems to be some justification for this, as the negative is sometimes treated as though it were part of the word it modifies (see Outline of the Metres in the Pāḷi Canon 1:15), but the practice adopted here is to print them seperately, as is usually done in Latin letter editions.07 dīpaṅkaratathāgato
