−−⏑⏑¦−⏑⏑¦−⏑−− Tuṭṭhubha The 4th syllable is faulty here, we might have expected a reading such as: Bhuttassa vo, which would be correct metrically.
Bhuttassa ca Thai: ve. sūkaramaddavena,

−−⏑−¦−⏑⏑¦−⏑−⏑− Jagatī
Byādhippabāḷho udapādi Satthuno. Thai: Byādhī sabāḷhā udapādi Satthu. Satthu is an alternate form of the genitive, which would give a Tuṭṭhubha line.

Viriccamāno BJT: Viriñcamāno; ChS: Virecamāno. Bhagavā avoca:

−−⏑−¦⏑⏑−¦−⏑⏑− Tuṭṭhubha The 10th syllable is unexpectedly short here, we could read nagāran to correct it; or we could read Kusināraṁ ca gāman.-ti.
‘Gacchāmahaṁ Kusināraṁ Thai: Kusinaraṁ, which makes the metre even worse. nagaran’.”-ti [522]
