Additions and Changes during 2008:
Changes:
April: a new version of the ITM font (Version 1.5) has been posted in April 2008, which interchanges the dot over m (ü) and dot under m (§) characters. This has been done to bring the diacritics into compliance with ISO and Unicode. Only the newer versions of the pdf files will show the new characters, but the html will display correctly once the new font is installed.
May: a new section containing Maps of Ancient Buddhist India has been created. A number of the maps have been prepared specially for this section, and others accompany particular texts and translations that are presented elsewhere on this website. The intention is to add to this section as and when the need arises.
May: added a Links page to other Buddhist Websites and Resources. This will be a selective list and I will add more in as and when I come across material.
June: My photographs can now be seen in slideshows which are being embedded from my Picasa web albums.
June: Added in new Cascading Style Sheets option so that the style of the font can be changed as required from Times-style (ITM_TMS) to Bookman-style (ITM_BKM). This facility is available from the downloads page.
July: Added new Reference and Notes section. Most of the reference material has been specially made for this section, but some of the notes are hidden away in various translations elsewhere on this website and the intention is to make them more accessible by collecting them in one place.

Changes and Additions during 2007:
The website in now being regularly updated and the idea of ßeditionsû has been dropped. I will list in the History page the documents added during each year, and give a list of recent documents on the home page. I have also introduced feeds so people can keep receive a notice when new documents are released.
An Audio section was introduced with recordings of some of the material on this website.
The photographs were moved to A Picasa Web Album in June 2007.

The site now has two search engines to help find the documents on the site, and the metres listed in the Metre Tables; and most of the frames documents have been converted so that the notes appear as tool tips, which I think is much more convenient, and saves screen space.
